Hotel Rio Malecon Puerto Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta

I couldn't ask for a better stay! The hotel had a perfect location, right in the heart of everything, making it so convenient for exploring the downtown area. The rooms were just what we needed, with two balconies to enjoy the views and plenty of space to unpack our suitcases. The service was exceptional, from the super helpful front desk staff to the efficient housekeepers, although a small incident with towels put a damper on things. Dining was a delight, with good food served in a pleasant setting. Overall, a fantastic experience with minor hiccups here and there.
